Accommodating parties
of 10 to over 800, Valentino's has the perfect space
for your event. Choose between several different
rooms, from our cozy Martini Lounge or our elegant
Ballroom, to our spacious multi-level Main Room....
Or choose a combination of rooms that will
personalize your event. A private dining room
is also available, for parties of 40 or less,
located right inside Ristorante TreVina.

CONFIGURATION.
All
facility rentals are subject
to possible Food and/or Liquor
purchase requirements.
All room charges
are for a period of 6 hours. This 6 hours includes
access for all pre-event preparations, photography
or decorating time. Additional time (pre-scheduled)
is billed at $150 per hour. Timeframe for pre-event
prep varies upon staff schedules.
Valentino’s Event
Center is available for rental Sunday through
Thursday 6am – 2am. Hours vary on Friday and
Saturday, 6am – 9:30pm (later depending on the
season) Special arrangements are made for parties
wanting longer hours.
SERVICES
Valentino’s provides two catering options.
TreVina Italian
Steak House
– our in-house, upscale restaurant occupies the
entire first level of Valentino’s. TreVina provides
a full range of catering, from appetizers to
multi-course, Chef directed, tasting dinners. In
addition to catering the event center, a private
room in TreVina Restaurant (capacity 35) is
available for rental for smaller gathering such as
groom’s dinners or showers. TreVina provides all
necessary servers and kitchen staff, white linens
(other colors available for additional charge),
tables, chairs, and set-up and clean-up for all
events. A service charge of 18% and a sales tax of
6.5% is applied to all appropriate food, except the
building rental and ceremony fees. A 9% tax is
applied to liquor.

Valentino’s
maximum seated capacity is 250 guests.
Cocktail receptions have a capacity of over 800.
A private room in
TreVina Restaurant is available for rental, and has
a capacity of 35.

Wedding ceremonies
are available for clients also having their
receptions at Valentino’s. Prices vary by
occurrence, depending on set-up and re-set
requirements (set up of reception following
ceremony).

Free off-street
parking is available for all guests, directly across
the street from Valentino’s. Valet parking is also
easily arranged by our staff. Rates vary upon group
size.

A stage is available for the main room. A set-up fee
is applicable ($150). Note: Capacity and seating
configuration is changed when the stage is used.

Security is required at all events. Depending on
timeframe, size and type of event, at least one
Security Guard is required. Security is provided by
Valentino’s at a cost of $35/hr, per Security Guard.

Decorations are permitted as pre-approved by
Valentino’s staff. No open flame candles are
permitted.
Tools which
may damage the Facility, such as tape, tacks, nails,
glue, or any other tools are not allowed for
decorating. No Confetti of any kind is allowed
(including bird seed or faux snow).

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
NO outside
beverages are allowed.
All alcoholic
beverages are provided by Valentino’s / TreVina. A
hosted or cash bar will be set up for your party as
you request. There is a bar set-up fee of $100 (one
bartender included with set-up) per bar. One
bartender is required for each 100 – 150 guests,
depending on the event. Each additional bartender
required or requested at is an additional $50. Each
additional bar + bartender that is necessary is
$100.
An 18% service
charge is added to all liquor pre-sale or
hosted tabs.
The bar includes
Pepsi products, bottled water, energy drinks,
juices, house wines, domestic and specialty bottled
beers, and a large variety of brand-name liquor.
Individual brand or product information is available
upon request. No tap beer is available. Kegs are
available. (price depends on brand preference)
Valentino’s /
TreVina has a liquor license with the city of South
St. Paul. We strictly adhere to all laws and
regulations. All alcohol must be provided by
Valentino’s / TreVina.
Terms and Deposits
An initial
non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $500.00
is required to secure the date of the event.
The final guest
count, final payment, and final timeline are due 14
days prior to the event.
